This Privacy Policy applies to the App and all related services offered by ShelfMate.

ShelfMate is designed to provide a seamless book search and open functionality for users. We do not collect any personally identifiable information or any other data that can be used to personally identify you.
The App may request your permission to access the following features on your device:
Library Access: We may request access to your device’s library or book collection to facilitate the search and open functionality. This access is used solely for the purpose of enabling you to open your favorite books in iBooks. How We Use Collected Information
As we do not collect any personal information, the information obtained through the Library Access feature is used solely within the App to provide the intended functionality. We do not track or record any data about the books you search for or open.
Third-Party Services
ShelfMate may integrate with third-party services, such as iBooks, to facilitate the book opening functionality. Please note that the collection, use, and disclosure of your information by such third-party services are governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services before using them in conjunction with the App.

We take reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of any data we collect. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

By using ShelfMate, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.
